Digital Prints
Gicleé is a term used to refer to any digital prints from inkjet printers. Pigment-based or solvent-based ink is sprayed in millions of color blends, utilizing continuous tone technology. This method retains all the fine detail of the original painting or drawing. All my digital prints on paper are made using 100% cotton rag Fine Art archival (acid-free) paper, and I also produce digital prints on archival canvas.
My paintings are "digitized" either directly using a high-quality scanner, or using a "scanback" camera. This enables the original work to be reproduced in any size without compromising the quality or detail.
Some paintings will be available as digital prints in their original full size in a limited edition of 25 prints each.
The finished framed prints are matted and framed in stylish colors, black or white, or natural beautiful hardwood in acrylic glazing with the very best conservation grade of 99% uv protection and amazingly clear glass of museum quality. They are backed, wired and ready to hang. The complete piece brings perfect tranquility to homes and offices. Prints are also available unmatted and unframed.
